I really knows that Back links are the key to SEO and the importence of Link exchange. So I provide the Reciprockel Link Exchange on my blog and if any of you want a site-wide link from my blog, You will have to satisfy these criteria.

• Your Blog should have Google PR 2 or grear than 2 and alexa less than 500K
• You must provide Site_wide linking, not linking from just a page (blogroll page)
• Your Link Must be a dofollow link
• Your site should’nt contain Adult or Pr*n links
• Your site mustn’t be a spam or MFA (made for ads) site.
